The staff were very friendly. We were very happy with our room, it was big with a small balcony and view of the beach. The hotel is in a great location, in front of La Concha Beach and walking distance to all the sights (eg. cathedral, peine del viento etc) shops and most importantly the old area for pintxos! We definitely recommend this hotel.
The only thing was the noise from the corridor and on the weekend the disco bar down stairs, but really this was nothing. If you are a light sleeper take earplugs as you really wouldn't want to miss out on staying here!

The view from the room (balcony) which overlooked the bay and beach was stunning. The rooms were light, airy and comfortable. There was parking available and also a laptop for free internet connection.
Although the hotel provided a great breakfast, an evening meal we had in the hotel restaurant was poor.

Everything was spotless. Marvellous location not far from the shopping area and the Old Town. - Polite staff. - the service was excellent in my opinion. - Had the option to leave my car nearby. Location is great.
Whatever you do, don't select the single small room. I've never seen such a small room. Up-graded to a standard double room for more than double the cost! Staff on arrival were quite rude about a double booking. I confirmed a cancelation which they hadn't noted. No apology. Next shift on reception were exact opposite. Very polite and aplogetic.
